History: Founded in Spring, 2001 as Web Designs by Debbie. Name changed to Jolly Spider in August, 2003 to reflect more accurately how we see ourselves. Owner/Designer: Debbie Pierce, who holds a B.A. degree in English and Journalism and certification in Web page design.
